No passenger train services directly serve the Wichita Mountains area. Amtrak's closest station is Oklahoma City (OKC). From that location, you would need a rental car.
Greyhound has bus services to Lawton, Oklahoma. From the Lawton bus station, you'd need to arrange a taxi or rideshare. This option is not recommended for convenience to the refuge itself.
