Milos has a municipal bus service connecting main settlements and famous shores. This is an economical way to get around. KTEL Milos operates the network. The central bus hub for all routes is in Adamas, near the port.

From Adamas, buses travel to Plaka, Tripiti, Pollonia, Sarakiniko, Firiplaka, and Provatas. Other less frequent routes also exist. Bus schedules are posted at main bus halts and online via the KTEL Milos site or local tourism offices.
