  • Border Crossings: Austria is part of Schengen Area. No routine passport controls at land borders with Schengen countries.

Self-Driving & Road Conditions

  • Vignette (Toll Sticker): Mandatory for all vehicles on Austrian motorways/expressways. Purchase a digital vignette or physical sticker. Digital vignette options are available.
