Car Rental at RIC

  • Car rental agencies are situated inside the airport terminal, for easy access if you plan to rent a car.
  • Richmond is well-connected by major interstates (I-95 north-south, I-64 east-west).
  • To drive in Virginia, a current driver's's license from your home country is needed. If not in English, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
