Flying is the quickest way to reach Poland from distant locations. Kraków-Balice is the easiest airport for Zakopane.
Direct flights to Kraków (KRK) are available from a lot of major Metropolitan areas in europe. Long-haul visitors frequently connect through European hubs.
Most popular plus budget-friendly. Direct buses from KRK or Kraków Main Bus Station to Zakopane. Takes 2-3 hours, more having heavy traffic. Book online ahead of time.
Requires a transfer: local train from KRK to Kraków Główny, then direct train to Zakopane. Total journey around 3-4 hours, less frequent than buses. Offers scenic views.
Most convenient but most expensive (400-600 PLN). Pre-book online or arrange at airport. Door-to-door service, good for luggage or off-peak hours.
