Direct hiking or trekking trails within Patong itself are limited. Most hiking opportunities day trips to Phuket's interior or national parks.
Khao Phra Thaeo National Park (Phuket): Features Bang Pae Waterfall and Ton Sai Waterfall, with short walking trails suitable for easy to moderate hikes. It is located about 40-50 minutes drive from Patong, a refreshing escape into nature.

No natural hot springs directly in Patong.
Phanomrung Hot Spring and Klong Thom Hot Spring are in Krabi, a few hours away.
